If you are like most Americans you are concerned about the rising cost of health care. By being proactive and taking care of yourself (eating right, supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals, drinking plenty of clean water, doing regular internal cleanses and getting exercise) can make all the difference.

Taking care of your body is the very best health plan money can buy. One of the issues with the current way we as a whole view our health is that by buying into expensive health insurance policies which do not cover alternative preventative treatments we are essentially betting on, if not planning on, becoming sick at some point in our lives.

Many of us feel that organic foods and vitamins are too expensive, yet don’t think twice about doling out ungodly fees for prescription drugs to treat ourselves once we are sick. Does this really make sense?

You get what you focus on. By focusing on worry and despair, illness and doctors you bring them into your life.
Change your focus! See yourself as well. Take steps to get there or, if you are already in good health, keep it that way.

We do need change. It is one of the truest statements ever spoken. But we cannot rely on anyone else to produce it. Change has to come from within, one decision at a time.
