  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ½-1 tsp of Turmeric Powder (or use fresh juiced turmeric root for more potency)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (powdered or use fresh ground)
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
