When you want to lose fat and start a diet or fitness program, do you stop and think which fat you are going to lose? Who cares, right? Fat is fat, right? NOPE.
There are two types of fat – healthy fat that your body needs every day to protect its organs, muscles and bones, and the other fat that is unhealthy. Which fat would you prefer to lose, healthy fat or unhealthy fat? Of course unhealthy fat, because if you lose healthy fat or any muscle while losing weight, you will rebound and if you lose too much healthy fat and/or muscle, then you will most likely experience sagging skin, too!
That’s why it’s so important you know which fat you are going to lose, before you start that diet or that that fitness program. Unfortunately, very few people these days actually know how fat works, because everything and everyone out there focuses on counting calories, counting fat and hard exercise, all of which will guarantee you will lose only healthy fat and muscle!
Because counting calories or fat in food because you want to limit how much to consume, is like counting oxygen particles in the air, because you want to limit how much oxygen you want to breathe in – ridiculous! You need calories and you need fat, because that’s where all the nutrition in that food is, so removing calories or fat from food is just like removing vital nutrition from that food. That means eating food that claims low calorie and low fat actually really means “low nutrition”. And if you eat or drink anything with depleted nutrition or food where all the calories and fat have been removed, then you’re literally eating a dead food! And when you eat dead food for too long, you actually starve yourself, which means you lose healthy fat and you lose muscle, both of which look good on the scale, but you can expect rebound and sagging skin, then you fat cells will swell up even more. You must eat food full of high protein and high nutrition, without any pesticides or GMOs.
It is so important you finally know this, because the truth about how fat works is not taught in any school. So, before you starve yourself from counting calories and fat or start that hard exercise routine, please first cleaning out your fat cells daily, then after your swollen fat cells have shrunk and you have more energy, stamina and strength, then you can consider a hard exercise routine, if you’re into that sort of thing. But as far as losing only unhealthy fat is concerned, diets, diet pills and hard exercise are absolutely unnecessary for losing only unhealthy fat.
