1 large avocado

1 large banana

3/4 cup organic pineapple juice

3 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime or lemon juice

1 can organic coconut milk

1 tablespoon flax seed oil

3 tablespoons melted extra-virgin coconut oil.

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Blend the coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, flax seed oil, vanilla extract, avocado and banana on high until everything’s fused into a thick and creamy liquid. Then blend in the melted coconut oil through the opening in the lid whilst on the lowest setting.

1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

1/2 small avocado

1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)

1 cup almond milk (substitute your preferred milk)

3 Brazil nuts

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon maca

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup your preferred protein powder

2 drops vanilla extract

 

Place all the ingredients blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute till smooth.

2 cups spinach

1 sprig mint

1 cup water, optional

2 cups ripe cantaloupe, rind removed

1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)

1 apple

1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed

 

Blend spinach, mint leaf and ripe cantaloupe until smooth. Due to the high water content in ripe cantaloupes, the cup of water is optional. Next add the Blueberries, apple and lime and blend again. Pre-freeze the Blueberries to make this Green Smoothie cold.

5. Banana Almond Flax Smoothie

 

1 small banana

2 tablespoons of raw almond butter

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

1/2 cup organic apple juice

1 cup ice cubes

500 ml Almond or Brazil nut milk

1 Banana

2 Tablespoons Honey

3 Tablespoons Cacoa powder
