Pulsatilla
Pulsatilla is the homeopathic remedy for measles when the skin eruption has calmed down from light red to a pale color, and the skin begins to look like marble. Gelsemium

Nux vomica

They can be very agitated, leaping from their bed and changing positions constantly, never comfortable. The tough can be white with a red trip and they are very thirsty. Arsenicum is another homeopathic remedy for measles to consider if they child is very lethargic, very ill, as well as very restless. They may be thirsty but only take small sips of water when offered. The child needing Arsenicum feels worse with they are warm.
