    Good article on Himalayan Salt. I do have some questions though. I hear that Himalayan is a fancy name that people like, but the mine producing this Salt is owned by the Pakistan Govt and has a long history of slave labor, murder, supporting terrorism, etc.
    Any info on that?
    How does this salt compare to Real Salt, the US owned company that mines pink Salt out of Utah?

    How does it affect the blood sugar and hormone balance? I understand how it functions with adrenals, blood pressure, hydration via the trace minerals…but blood sugar and hormone balance I do not understand.

    I use this salt exclusively for many years and love it!! Also, several days a week I’ll drink salt, lemon water in the morning. But I drink 16oz. (2 cups) of water, 1 whole organic lemon and stir in 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt. 1 teaspoon dissolves to about 90%.
