What its main ingredients does?

Turmeric would have to be one of Mother Nature’s best gifts and it is a rhizome that is a member of the ginger family! With uses from detoxing the body, lower inflammation and support healthy immune system. Turmeric is actually a Chinese herb.

It is great for reducing inflammation throughout the body. If you suffer from aches and pains in your joints, try turmeric. It can help relieve menstrual pain and some other abdominal pains but, if you are pregnant, ask your doctor before you eat too much turmeric.

Pineapple is one of those tropical fruits that I like eating on a weekly basis. It’s sweet flavor and juicy texture is wonderful for enjoying on its own or in variety of different recipes. Bromelain is also a potent anti-inflammatory that protects your body from the effects of chronic inflammation.

It is packed with full of anti-inflammatory promoting ingredients. Pineapple is not only a juicy summer fruit, it’s also bursting with goodness, too. It’s an excellent source of manganese, which is important for the production of energy and antioxidant activity. It also adds a good vitamin C boost to this smoothie, making it a complete health bomb.
