5 Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy, all-natural peanut butter
  • ¼ ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Tranfers to a tall glass before serving.

Vanilla Yogurt and Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil

Combine milk, yogurt, fresh blueberries and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, then transfer to a glass. Add flaxseed oil and stir.

Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

  • ½ cup milk or soy milk
  • 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 handful ice

Combine ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a glass. You will probably have to eat with one with a spoon, as it will be thick!
