4 Top Ways to Knock Out a Cold in 1-3 Days

The cold season is rapidly approaching, and if you haven’t done so yet, it may be helpful to stock up on some good tips and remedies to have on hand in case you or your loved ones catch a cold. While good preparation to strengthen your immunity beforehand with supplements like Vitamin D3 is best, it’s always great to have a set of cold-fighting tools ready to ensure you can handle anything that comes. Here’s a list of four things you can do proven to fight colds, and that I personally have used to knock them out completely in two to three days or less (I have no financial ties to anything listed below). While there a lot of other things that can help, I’ve found these to be head and shoulders above the rest.

1. Wellness Formula: Source Naturals’ Wellness Formula is a supplement combining some of the best of the best virus-fighting, bacteria-killing, immune-empowering vitamins and herbs out there, from garlic, zinc and olive leaf extract (a potent anti-bacterial), to grape seed extract, Echinacea, and of course vitamin C. If you ever come down with a cold, take a serving (3 tablets or 6 capsules) every 3 hours, and you’ll beat your cold in record time. It’s the single best cold-killing supplement I’ve ever found, both for myself and according to the people I’ve recommended it to.

2. Vitamin C Mega Dosing: Everyone knows vitamin C is good for your immune system, but very few know how to use it effectively. If you ever come down with a cold, or on the edge of one, supplement with 2-3 grams (not milligrams) of vitamin C every two to three hours. Vitamin C mega dosing has been shown to be so therapeutic that it’s being used to treat conditions as severe as cancer and AIDS. You can do this with ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate or calcium ascorbate (the latter two for those with sensitive stomachs), or with full-spectrum forms of vitamin C like amla berry, camu camu, or acerola cherry (all of which you can buy in powdered form). Just make sure you measure the dosage of the latter three full-spectrum forms in terms of the vitamin C, so it wouldn’t be 2-3 grams of amla berry powder, but the amount of powder equivalent to 2-3 grams of vitamin C.

3. Zapping: A zapper uses weak amounts of electricity to kill harmful organisms like bacteria, viruses and parasites in your body. Zapping research was pioneered by Dr. Hulda Clark, and has since continued to thrive as an alternative health treatment for anything from immune-enhancement and cancer. I’ve found it can normally knock out a cold in 24 hours or less. The two highest quality, and least intrusive to use, are Don Croft’s Terminator 2 Zapper and David Wolfe’s Longevity Zapper. During the day, you can clip it onto your belt, or wear it with an elastic armband or the equivalent, and at night, you can wear it on the sole of your foot on a sock while you sleep.

4. Colloidal Silver: Colloidal silver has taken a media beating in the last few years due to the “Smurf” man who grossly misused silver and turned his face blue, a condition called argyria. In actuality, he did not intake colloidal silver—that is false. Colloidal silver is nano-sized silver particles, smaller than the silver present in ocean water and all full-spectrum sea salt. Silver is in fact a trace mineral you need. The “Smurf” man ended up making and consuming monstrously large amounts of silver salts, particles in orders of magnitude larger than real colloidal silver. The media pounced on this story, in effect scaring people from the benefits of true colloidal silver. Colloidal silver is in effect very safe, even in large amounts, and there have never been any reports of argyria, or anything worse, among anyone who used the real thing. In fact, silver has been used since even ancient Roman times as an antibacterial, in which water was often stored in silver pots to maintain freshness. I’ve used colloidal silver, and recommended it to others, to beat colds in as little as a day and a half.
