Shilajit
This mineral is part of the Ayurvedic tradition and comes from rocks in the Himalayas. It has long been used for its anti-aging properties and is available in pill form at most health food stores to keep your skin nourished and youthful-looking.

Rasayana
This composite of over 40 herbs is also part of the Ayurvedic tradition and not only rejuvenates the skin, but also the body and the mind. This preparation takes weeks to complete because of its complexity.
