  • Eat food rich in omega-3 and omega-7 fatty acids. This type of food also protect your skin. Try to eat fish, whole grains, flaxseeds and nuts on a daily basis to get fabulous skin. Nuts give a new lease of life to your skin. After eating it your skin gets a nice texture and remains flexible.
  • It remains in your hand to provide protection from outside as well as the inside. In order to protect your skin from inside eat lots of healthy food to get a blemish free skin.
