    Always confused why they say swish it around for such a long time. After a very short time your mouth will fill up with saliva and you’ll need to spit it out. You’d have to use a lot more than 1 to 2 tsps over 15 minutes since you’ll be spitting it out before the time is up, unless the oil stops saliva production.

    I read not to long ago, a post that said not to do oil pulling if you have mercury fillings. In none of the articles I have seen about oil pulling, does it ever reference that. Anybody out there have any proof for or against?
