“Usually, parents instruct their kids to have more veggies, and fruits. Surprising, not in vain. This parental instruction, has been hugely endorsed by the mainstream health, and fitness publications around the World, and innumerable universities, researches, also, support this eating principal. So, there is no question regarding the power of fresh produce like fruits, and vegetables. But did you know your fresh produce is no longer potent in nutrients as it used to be?? So resultantly, it no longer effective to promote good health. Flabbergasted? (You should be!!_) Learn here, WHY????

As, I told you earlier that our fresh produce is less nutritious. Here a viable reason why??

Its depleted in nutrition because of modern farming techniques, which deprive the soil from important vitamins, and minerals that are vital in forming,  the nutrient content of the fruits, and vegetables. So, to sum it up,  it’s not wrong to say,  that 10 servings of fruits, and veggies will be equivalent to 1 serving of fruits, and veggies of say 50 year back, crops produce; as far as the nutritional value is concerned.

Another reason which adds up to the failure of fresh produce, nutritionally includes the modern storage, and transfer methods from the place of harvest to the market areas. As, the fresh produce have to rest at the shipping, and storage points for a longer period of time,  it practically, depletes all the good that the fresh, veggies, and fruits have to deliver to the consumer.

Also, the chemical, and pesticides in non-organic set-up literally results in promoting major health problems for the consumers.

Reason No 4:

Did you know 80% of modern crops like tomatoes, corn, sugar beets, alfalfa etc. are all genetically engineered. Which means that their genetic material have been altered from the original. According to a single study held by the “University of Caen” in France,  to study the effects of GMO foods on mice health. Alarming, results, were found. Long-term consumption of these foods resulted in formation of serious illnesses like tumor, even pre-mature death, and also organ failures of lab-mice.

So, now let’s us discuss about another nutritional preposition. Which is as following:

Why??

According to one study, the effectiveness of vitamins, and minerals supplementations were researched, to find out that most of them were nothing but “expensive urine.” As most of them, tend to get excreted by your system. (Which is false in my belief, see the reference for this)

Plus, one more negative put against natural supplements is that they have synthetic structure, and composition, which makes it impossible for your body to recognize them as food.

Additionally, the study of the “National Cancer Institute,”  found out that most of the supplements,  had a chemical structure  different from the food nutrients structure that made it impossible to get all the benefits of vitamins, minerals, as well as other disease fighting nutrients from a single pill. Other,  wrong preposition.

Which is wrong in totality. Real “expensive urine,” are therapeutic drugs, and chemotherapy. As prescription drugs are full of side effects, and chemotherapy is 97% ineffective. As “good health is not about vitamins, and minerals excreted but about vitamins, and minerals retained.”
