  • 24 ounces of ACV

How to make it:

  1. Put all ingredients in one bowl (except vinegar).
  2. Transfer mixture to a mason jar then add ACV until it fills to the top.
  3. Close the jar then shake it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Store the mixture in the jag for two weeks and shake it every day.

      this is a variation of the Dr. Schulze recipe.. (sans turmeric)
      Use Hot Peppers the hotter the better..
      Doesn’t need refrigeration… In fact the longer it sits the stronger it gets (before straining that is).. You can adjust the recipe to make more or less.. and you can use equal amounts ot the ingredients if you want. I don’t even strain it and use it as a salad dressing as well..
      You should take 2 tblsp. a day… and can increase the amount
      if you feel a cold coming on.. works for heartburn too for some people…
      Use only a glass container to make and store it in.. with a good fitting lid.
      a quart should be enough for this version of the recipe…

        Actually, it is a version of Rosemary Gladstars Fire Cider. I usually take a literal shot glass full each morning. Be sure to replace the metal lid with a plastic one: the ACV will corrode the metal.
