Instructions:

Peel the garlic and place them in the food processor until they are blended into a wet paste.

Transfer the garlic paste to the fine mesh sieve set over a big bowl, press it gently with a spoon and you will get garlic juice drip down into the bowl.

Filter the garlic juice with a coffee filter and save in a bottle. Keep the bottle in the refrigerator for future uses.

You can consume pure garlic juice directly, or if you feel hard to accept its unpleasant odor, then combine it with other fruits or vegetables.
