2 green apples, cut into eighths

2 large stalks celery
Ice (optional)

Instructions:

Put these ingredients in your juicer: spinach, grapefruit, apples, ginger, and celery.
Fill 2 glasses with ice, if desired, and pour the juice into the glasses.
Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

2 big handfuls baby spinach
1 medium apple
3- to 4-inch piece cucumber
1 cup unsweetened vanilla nondairy milk or water, or half of each
1 to 2 tablespoons hemp seeds or chia seeds, optional
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
A few ice cubes, optional

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Process until completely smooth.
And serve at once.

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup kale, chopped
1 banana, frozen
1/2 granny smith apple
1 tsp honey

Instructions:

Blend the spinach, kale, and vanilla soy milk on high in the blender until well blended without chunks.
Add the frozen banana, apple, and honey and blend to your desired consistency.
Drink and Enjoy.
